Add cheese.

Stir

Add corn, onion, tomatoes, scallions and pepper.

Stir

Spread into prepared dish.

Bake on medium rack.

If you can’t find a few ingredients I have used in this casserole, don’t worry. You can substitute them and still enjoy a tasteful casserole.
